Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Can I return an item for a full refund?

We do not accept returns unless;

  1. The product is damaged during the shipment
  2. The product had any defects
  3. The product not as described
  4. We shipped the wrong size from what you initially ordered

If so, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to assist you. We will give you a full refund or reship the item. Please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

 

I changed my mind. Can I cancel the order and have my money back?

We do not accept cancellations after you placed the order. All sales are final.

 

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

We do not accept exchanges unless we shipped you a different size from what you initially ordered. We are selling many products from different manufacturers. Since there is no universal size guide line in the clothing industry and every manufacturer do not use the same sizing standard, it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re ordering the correct size. For your convenience, we have the sizing guidelines on our website. Please read and follow the instructions. You will not have to worry about exchanges.    

 

I am buying a gift for someone else and I want items to be delivered by a specific date. Is it possible?

We cannot guarantee the deliveries the date you need the item(s). If you plan to give a gift item to your loved ones during holiday season or for a special occasion, please place the order in advance within our guaranteed delivery time. We do not recommend buying items during busy holiday seasons if you’re in hurry (unless you want expedited shipping a higher rates).

 

 

Sizing

How do I know I am ordering the correct size for the cloth I love?

We post the size chart and how to measure instructions for every apparel item. If you need more information, please follow the instruction in our sizing guidelines and you will be fine.

  

I received the wrong size from what I ordered. Can I exchange?

Please notify us with a photo of the size tag on the item as a proof within 30 days of delivery if you received the wrong size. We will gladly exchange or issue a refund.

 

 

Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all US orders over $50. 

 

How long it will take to receive my order?

Delivery time is vary depends on the individual item. We process the orders within 2-5 business days. As we have promised, typical estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks. According to our historical records, 95% of the time our customers receive the orders within 8 business days for items shipped from USA and 16 days for items shipped from international warehouses.

Some items might have different delivery timing depends on the manufacturer. Please read the individual product description for delivery time. There might be unforeseen circumstances that impact the delivery time, which is out of our control. Please read our Shipping and Delivery guidelines for more information.  

 

I want to order couple of items together. Can I receive them at once in one shipping order?  

We ship from US warehouses and partnered factories in China. In order to have your items delivered to you as fast as possible, we might ship when they’re available in whatever location at the time. Our fabulous inventory tracking system will indicate us what factory can deliver the item faster. So, we cannot guarantee to ship items together. We put all our efforts to deliver as fast as possible. 

 

I have only received part of my order. Where are the other items?

Most of the time, we ship items separately from different locations to ensure the fastest delivery if your order contains more than one item. One may arrive earlier than the other one. Some shipments may experience delays if we have unexpected high demand. If all your items have not arrived by the promised time, please contact us to assist you.

 

I didn’t receive my items yet. What should I do?

Some orders may arrive early and some may take more than 30 days to arrive after shipment date due to postal delays, custom issues, trade barriers between countries, etc. If you haven’t received your items passed the promised date, please contact us at support@petsandfashion.com. We will reship or give you a full refund!             

  

 

Exchange Rates and Custom Charges

My countries currency is not USD. How can I pay in USD?

Our prices are in USD. If your currency is different, it will be converted to USD depends on the currency exchange rate at the time you place the order.

 

Do I have to pay custom charges?

You are responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens though).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

 

Is the payment processing secured?

Our payments are handled by Shopify according to PCI DSS compliance and meet all 6 categories of PCI standards. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information.
