Return and Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. We accept returns ONLY IF;
- The product was damaged during the shipment
- The product had any defects
- The product not as described
- We shipped the wrong size from what you initially ordered
If so, you should contact us within 30 days of delivery to assist you. You can return the product for a full refund or keep the product agreeing for a partial refund. Buyer pays return shipping fee and we will refund the shipping cost plus item price (the price you paid initially).
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We gladly accept exchanges ONLY IF we mistakenly shipped you the wrong size or wrong product. If please notify us via email with a photo of the size tag on the item as a proof within 30 days of delivery if you received the wrong size.
You have two options.
- Return the item for an exchange
- Keep the product agreeing for a partial refund
The following situations do not qualify for returns and exchanges.
- An item you claim is not as described but you cannot prove with reasonable evidence
- Product(s) as described but you changed your mind after you received the product(s)
Before You Buy
As we have different manufacturers and there is no universal sizing guideline in place for clothing (very unfortunate even though we are all human beings). So, it is VERY important to compare the measurements of a cloth you already have at home for accuracy. Please follow the Size Guide before you hit the CHECK OUT button. We post size charts all product descriptions. We try our best to deliver the BEST online shopping experience for you, and we hope you also do your part from your end.
