Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

We process your order for shipment within 2-5 business days. This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Please see the individual listing for the delivery time as we ship items from different warehouses in the United States and partnered factories in China. For items shipped from the US warehouses noted in the item description. Please note that all other items will be shipped from international warehouses.

Orders are shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS and e-packet (a US Postal Service product). 

We are a data driven company. We analyze shipment times to understand how we can decrease the delivery time and serve our guests in our best. According to the historical shipments, our guests receive their orders on average;

US warehouses to US locations - within 8 business days

International warehouses to US locations - within 16 business days 

In order to have your items delivered to you as fast as possible, we ship from the closest and fastest shipping location at time. Our fabulous inventory tracking system will indicate what factory can deliver the item(s) faster. If your order contains more than one item, we might ship items separately from different locations to ensure the fastest delivery. 

Due to the delays in postal services and unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather conditions, conflicts between countries, custom issues, etc.) the delivery time may vary. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the deliveries on time.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that you may have to pay custom fees when they arrive to your country (This happens in rare circumstances).
